Tips:

1. There is no need to filter after the almond flour is beaten into powder and then beaten into slurry with water;
2. Use cold water for making glutinous rice flour;
3. These quantities of mine are just out of two small bowls;
4. The auxiliary materials sprinkled on it can be added or subtracted as you like;
5. When boiling, keep on low heat and keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot.
