Almond Tea

1. The accessories are ready, walnuts, peanuts, melon seeds, sesame seeds are cooked in the microwave, and the rock sugar is crushed

2. Prepare a bag of almonds

3. Grind into powder

4. Almonds and water are finely sanded for two minutes

5. The beaten pulp is very delicate and it doesn’t need to be filtered anymore

6. Stir glutinous rice flour with a small amount of water until there are no lumps

7. Pour the beaten almond pulp and the prepared glutinous rice water into the milk pan, add 1 small bowl of water, bring to a boil on medium heat, turn to low heat and cook for another five minutes

8. Boil to almost the desired consistency, add rock sugar, wait until the rock sugar melts, turn off the heat

Tips:

1. After the almond flour is beaten into powder and then water is beaten into a slurry, there is no need to filter again
2. Use cold water for making glutinous rice flour
3. The quantity of mine just came out of two small bowls

5. When boiling, keep on low heat and keep stirring to avoid sticking the pot
