Apple Jam

Peel the apple, remove the core, and cut into small cubes (as small as possible)

Squeeze the juice from the lemon. If the lemon is larger, use half of it.

Put the diced apple, lemon juice and white granulated sugar into the bread bucket, put it into the bread machine, select the "fancy jam" (or jam) button, and start
4.
After a jam process, if it is found that the requirements are still not met, let the bread machine rest for 5-10 minutes and then start another jam process
5.
After 2 jam programs, put the apple jam in a clean, air-dried and sterilized bottle, and keep it sealed.
