Apple Rose

Wash the apple, divide it in half lengthwise, dig out the core and pedicle

Cut the apples into thin slices perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the apples, not the two ends

Bring the syrup to a boil, add the apple slices and cook for 1 minute. The apple slices are soft, remove and drain

After the butter is softened, cut into small pieces and mix with the flour
5.
Use your fingers to rub the butter and flour evenly

Add water and knead the dough

Place it on the panel and roll it out with a rolling pin

Roll out into a rectangular dough about 30 cm long and 40 cm wide

Use a long rolling pin or ruler to compare, cut into a strip 30 cm long and 2-3 cm wide
10.
Place 5 apple slices on the dough, press the one on the right a little bit the one on the left
11.
Roll up the dough sheet from right to left to form a rose pattern
12.
Put the finished roses in a baking pan covered with tarp, put them in the preheated oven, middle layer, 180℃ for 30 minutes
