Apple Jam
1.
Peel the apple and cut into small dices,
2.
Cut into cubes and quickly soak the apples in salt water to prevent oxidation and discoloration of the apples.
3.
Take it out of the salt water, add some water to the pot, put it in the soup pot, I cut into small pieces, so I only boiled for 20 minutes
4.
There is no food processor, I poured the cooked apples into the soymilk machine, and it was off the line at the water level. If this is not enough, add some cold water to the soymilk machine until it reaches the offline water level.
5.
Put the water in, press the rice cereal button, wait until the rice cereal starts to be beaten normally, just take 3 times, it is very thin.
6.
Since it is made of rice cereal, I only beat the cooked apples three times and then pour them into the soup pot.
7.
Add 88 grams of rock sugar and half a spoon of honey. There is no lemon. I added 3 drops of white vinegar. I started to cook and kept stirring.
8.
Boil until the jam thickens, turn off the heat
9.
Put it in a clean, water- and oil-free bottle
10.
Seeing it is a boiled jam, I tasted it. It tastes good, sweet and sour, and has a very delicate taste.
11.
Cover, seal and let cool
Tips:
1. When making jam, be careful of the juice splashing, don't burn, always pay attention to the fire, adjust at any time, keep stirring, and turn off the fire in time.
2. The container for the jam must be clean, free of water and oil, and the spoon when in use must be clean, free of water and oil,
