Seeing the roses made by the expert, I have been greedy for a long time. I just happened to make a pie with a piece of pie crust and fresh red apples.

Ingredients

1. Prepare apples and pie crusts, take out the frozen pie crusts in advance to thaw

2. Clean the apples, do not peel them, cut into thin slices, the thinner the better, cut half a lemon

3. Put water and caster sugar in a small pot in advance to bring to a boil, put in sliced apples, squeeze in lemon juice

4. Shake the pot to soak the apple slices in water without using tools; cook for one minute at most, and remove from heat as soon as it becomes soft

5. Quickly remove the apple slices and place them on kitchen paper to wash off the water

6. Roll out the softened pie crust, cut into long strips, don’t roll too thin

7. Press the apple slices one by one and place them on the pie crust

8. Roll it up, close your mouth and squeeze it up, it's a flower when you stand it up

9. Put the prepared flowers in paper film and put them in the baking tray

10. Put it in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 30 minutes

11. Then take it out and let cool

Tips:

The baked apples can be sifted with powdered sugar on the surface, I omitted it, and ate them directly after they were baked. When taking pictures, I pinched 2 leaves of the flower fairy for decoration. The pie crust can be replaced with the crust of the flying cake
