Artichoke Rice

Add a few drops of lemon juice to the water, add the artichokes and set aside.

Soak the rice in clean water for 30 minutes.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Scallions, cut into small pieces

Add olive oil to the wok. Add onion diced after the oil is warm.

Fry the onion until slightly yellow, add the rice, sugar cubes and salt that have been drenched with water, and stir well.

Add dill and turn off the heat.

Push the stir-fry ingredients in the pan to all sides, and put the artichokes in the center.
