Artichoke Salad

Wash the artichokes.

Prepare cheese and ham slices.
3.
Salt and pepper powder.
4.
Peel off the artichoke piece by piece.
5.
Just leave the tender yellow flower bones.

Cut off the top of the flower bone.

Cut it in half.

Remove the hair from the center of the flower bone.

Pour a little olive oil into the hot oil pan.
