Avocado Tart

Prepare the required materials first.

Pour whipped cream and milk into a milk pan and heat to a boil. Turn off the heat. Do not boil the milk.

Cut the avocado into small pieces.

Add low-flour and beaten egg yolks to the dried whipped cream and milk, and stir until there are no powdery lumps.
