1. My selection of ingredients is not the same as the traditional Qiu Li paste ingredients. They are specially selected for babies: white pears, lotus roots, white radishes, pay attention! The ratio of their materials is 5:3:1

2. White pears do not need to be peeled and cut into small pieces.

3. Lotus root chopped into small pieces

4. Cut white radish into small pieces

5. Put these three ingredients into the drawer cloth, tighten and seal

6. Beat the juice with a garlic hammer

7. Tighten the drawer cloth and squeeze the juice. (This traditional method is used because we don’t have a cooking machine. If there is a juicer or cooking machine, the above two steps can be saved. Just cut the ingredients directly into the cooking machine and squeeze the juice. )

8. By analogy, squeeze the fruit and vegetable juice of all the ingredients, and filter out the residue with a strainer

9. Boil the filtered juice on a low heat for about an hour, and wait until the soup thickens.

10. Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to drink, pour out a portion of the warm water and add some honey. I believe the baby will like it more!
