Bacon and Bamboo Shoot Soup

Wash the ingredients, cut the bacon, small ribs, peel off the shell of bamboo shoots, and cut into pieces.

Finely chop green onions and set aside.

Put the short ribs and bacon into the pot, blanch it with cold water, and wash.

Put the blanched small ribs and bacon into the pot, and put water in the pot.

After the high fire has boiled, pour in the cooking wine, continue to boil, and simmer for 1 hour on a low fire.

Then add bamboo shoots and stir well.

After cooking for another 5 minutes, sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve in a soup bowl.
Tips:
This soup does not need to be salted. If it is bacon purchased from outside, it must be soaked in clean water for a while, for fear of being too salty.
