Bacon, Mushroom, Celery Soup
1.
This is the ugly celeriac
2.
Remove the hard skin and change the knife into small pieces
3.
Peel potatoes and cut into small pieces, chop onions and chives
4.
Add butter to the pan, melted, add onion and chives, stir fry for aroma
5.
Add celeriac and potatoes and stir-fry evenly
6.
Add vegetable broth (I use something similar to thick soup, you can also use other broth or water instead, of course, the taste will be different), simmer for about 15 minutes until the vegetables become soft
7.
Pour the soup and vegetables into the food processor and beat into a paste
8.
Pour back into the pot, add milk and stir evenly
9.
Add black pepper and salt, stir well and turn off the heat
10.
Bacon cut into small pieces
11.
Mushrooms are also cut into small pieces
12.
Pour a little oil in a pan, fry the bacon crispy, and the mushrooms cooked. Put the soup in a bowl and add some fried bacon and mushrooms.
Tips:
The vegetable paste after whipping is very thick, so be careful not to get scalded when returning to the pan to heat up. This serving size is suitable for 3-4 people.
