Celery Soup

Peel the celeriac and cut into pieces. Pour cold water into the pot, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt, add celeriac and cook until tender.

Pour the boiled celeriac into puree, pour it into a blender, add half a liter of the boiled soup, pour in the seasoning white sauce, sprinkle in an appropriate amount of salt and pepper, and stir to form a thick soup.

Put the prepared soup on the stove to boil, and then put it in a bowl.

Cut the broccoli into cubes, pour 3 tablespoons of olive oil in the pot, stir fry, and finally garnish the soup.
Tips:
Prepare some sesame seeds, bake them in a non-stick pan, and sprinkle them on the thick soup for a richer flavor.
