Boil the sweet and sour water seasoning in a pot.

Let it cool and put it in the refrigerator.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, add chicken feet and ginger after the water boils, cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.

Rinse the chicken feet with running water.

Soak the chicken feet in ice water for 2 hours.

After 2 hours, move the chicken feet into the frozen sweet and sour water in Figure 2, add 2 red peppers and put them in the refrigerator to soak for 10 hours.
