Baked Arctic Cod with Mayonnaise

Norwegian Arctic Cod purchased online, rinse with water

Use a kitchen paper towel to soak up the moisture
3.
Add salt and black pepper to marinate for a while
4.
Add a little olive oil to the pan
5.
Add the Arctic cod and fry until the color on both sides turns out

Take a small bowl and add salad dressing and egg yolk
7.
Stir well

Put the fried Arctic cod in a roasting bowl

Sprinkle the mayonnaise evenly

Place in the oven at 220 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes
