Tomato Cod Soup

Use kitchen paper to absorb moisture on the surface of the cod and cut into pieces.

The cut fish pieces are marinated with shredded ginger, olive oil and pepper for preparation.
3.
Cross the top of the tomato and add hot water to peel.
4.
The marinated fish pieces are blanched in water.
5.
After the butter melts in the pan, add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce and stir fry.
6.
Add the boiled fish cubes.
7.
Add water and simmer for a while.
8.
Add tomato sauce again just before serving.
