After eleven consecutive annual holidays, I only have one pumpkin in the basket when I return home. I don’t want to go downstairs to buy vegetables, and I don’t want to eat anything. It is convenient to use this pumpkin to bake a plate of fragrant pasta, haha

Ingredients

Baked Pasta with Bacon and Pumpkin

1. Prepare all materials

2. Chop garlic and shallots, dice pumpkin, slice bacon and set aside

3. Bring water to a boil in a pot, add a tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of olive oil, add the pasta and cook for 8 minutes. There is no hard core.

4. Add some olive oil in another pot

5. Heat the oil in seven minutes, add garlic and chopped green onions and stir fry

6. Add bacon and saute until fragrant

7. Add diced pumpkin and stir fry

8. Stir-fry with white pepper

9. Stir fry with chopped basil leaves

10. Add half a bowl of white wine, boil and simmer for 3 minutes, then simmer the diced pumpkin.

11. Add the cooked pasta and stir fry a few times
