This is the pasta specially made for my eldest nephew. He has gone to university this year and is now on holiday. This big baby likes to eat spaghetti, and while he is idle at home, he specially made spaghetti for him. The main ingredient is beef, with some asparagus, and the seasoning is relatively simple. I directly use the beef marinated in Chicago steak sauce n and black pepper steak sauce. I often use this ingredient to make steak. It feels good, so I use it directly. It is easy to season, and the thick tube noodles are used for the pasta. This kind of thick tube noodles is easier to pour the soup into it, and the taste will be thicker. My eldest nephew said it’s delicious, he said it’s delicious, I’m happy

Beef Spaghetti

1. Beef diced. The tenderloin is better, which is more tender

2. Add Chicago steak seasoning powder and mix well

3. Add black pepper steak sauce and mix well, marinate for 15 minutes

4. After marinating, add a little dry starch to mix evenly

5. Finally, add a little vegetable oil to stir and mix evenly, so that the processed beef will be very tender when fried, and it is not easy to stick when fried.

6. After the pot is heated, add a proper amount of oil and add the beef

7. Stir fry until the color changes and it is ready for use

8. Saute minced garlic and onion in oil at the bottom of the pan

9. Peel and dice tomatoes and stir fry. Tomatoes must be peeled, otherwise it will affect the beauty of the finished product

10. Add salt, sugar and pepper to adjust the base taste

11. Stir until the tomatoes are almost melted into soup

12. Add the asparagus and the fried beef

13. While cooking the pasta, add salt and olive oil to the boiling water, then add the pasta and cook for about 8 minutes. Pasta cooked with salt and oil does not stick to each other and is more chewy and refreshing

14. The cooked pasta is cooked with beef, etc.

15. Stir fry evenly, let the pasta taste delicious and then out of the pan

Tips:

I did a little bit more at once today, for 4 people. If there are fewer people, I will reduce the materials in proportion.
