Baked Rice with Chicken Breast, Onion and Cheese

Prepare the chicken breast cubes, onion, and butter (marinate the chicken breast with appropriate amount of salt for 1 hour in advance)

Put the butter in a saucepan and heat on low heat until it melts

Add chicken breast cubes and stir fry until the color changes

Add onion and stir fry until transparent

Add salt and light soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, then add the overnight rice taken out of the refrigerator

Stir-fry the rice until the grains are more distinct

Put the fried chicken breast and onion rice into the roasting bowl about eighty-eight full

Spread mozzarella cheese on the surface

Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 190°C for 15 minutes (you can bake the mozzarella cheese, the specific time depends on the temper of your own oven)
Tips:
Refrigerate the onions in advance, so they won’t irritate the eyes when cut
