Baked Snowflake Meat in Tin Foil

Mushrooms, marinated snowflake meat. Wash the lean meat with dry water, use an iron stick to evenly pierce the meat and put it in a large bowl for later use. Rinse the ginger and pat the chopped puree together with all the seasonings in a bowl and mix with snowflake meat and marinate for more than 8 hours.
