Bandit Duck

Put the prepared duck pieces and boil the bleeding water in a hot pot under cold water!

While cooking, prepare the condiments.

Put the cooked duck pieces in cold water, wash them and set aside. Peel the carrots and cut them into hob pieces for later use.
