Bbq Sausage Fish Ball
                            
                                1.
                                Sausage slices, various balls cut into pieces

                                Cut cilantro into long pieces and sliced shallots

                                Prepare garlic chili sauce and barbecue ingredients (you can't actually use these)
                                    
                            
                            
                                4.
                                Heat oil in a pot, sauté the shallots, ginger and garlic cloves
                                    
                            
                            
                                5.
                                Fry the fish balls until the surface is slightly charred
                                    
                            
                            
                                6.
                                Stir fry the sausages for a while
                                    
                            
                            
                                7.
                                Stir fry the green onions a few times
                                    
                            
                            
                                8.
                                Add 1 tbsp homemade garlic chili sauce, stir-fry well
                                    
                            
                            
                                9.
                                Add barbecue ingredients and stir fry a few times

                                Coriander
                                    
                            
                            
                                11.
                                Stir-fry quickly and evenly serve
