Beef Bone Soup

1. Ginger slices, beef bones blanched in water to remove blood foam

2. Put cold water in a pot, add beef bones and ginger slices, and add the prepared herbs

3. Boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer for 3 hours

4. Add seasonings and serve, ready to eat.
