Beef Marrow Fresh Vegetable Soup

Wash the bovine bone marrow.

Cut into small pieces.

After the water is boiled, blanch the beef pulp and remove it.

Make a pot of water, add carrots, blanched enoki mushrooms, potatoes, rutabaga aniseed, bay leaves, and cooking wine and cook for ten minutes.

Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes and beef pith and cook together. Add salt for about half an hour.
