Beef Mountain Noodle Soup

Be careful, the poached eggs fried in a mold are perfect

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot and bring it to a boil, then put in the fried mountain noodles (see my next recipe for the production method of mountain noodles)

Put the cooked beef and the fried poached egg to boil. The skin of the mountain noodles and the beef are salty, so you can put a little salt, light soy sauce and cooking oil in the pot to taste (the beef was left over from the previous day, just put it in It’s wasteful and delicious, you can leave it alone or put some other cooked meat)

Bring to a boil and turn to low heat, add the choy sum, and blanch it. You don’t need to simmer because the ingredients are cooked.

Serve it in a bowl, it's so strong and delicious, a hundred times better than noodles
