Before The Meal
1.
Boiling the small greens in a pot under water, cook them until they change color and then remove them for use

Pour the eggs into the pan and fry them
3.
Slice luncheon meat and fry until slightly charred on both sides
4.
Fried eggs and luncheon meat for spare
5.
Pour a dice into the pot and cook
6.
Add small greens and continue to cook
7.
Put on luncheon meat and eggs at the end
8.
Eat it while it's hot...
Tips:
1. The first one is actually instant noodles. There is a seasoning bag in it, so no additional seasoning is needed.
2. If you don’t want to use the seasoning package, you can also season it by yourself
3. Add a little salt to the water for cooking small greens, so that the color of the cooked greens will look much better
4. Regarding poached eggs, I use a small milk pan, about 12cm in size. This pan is just right for frying a poached egg
