Begonia Jam

Wash the crabapple fruit

Cut the pulp with a knife, don’t discard the core

Put the Begonia pulp into the stainless steel pot

Add a little water to boil and simmer for about 5 minutes

Add sugar to taste

Toss it evenly

Continue to cook until the flesh is soft and rotten

Then use a food processor to beat into jam

It can be bottled and stored after cooling

Ready to serve
Tips:
1. Do not use an iron pan to make jam to avoid the smell of rust.
2. The amount of sugar can be put according to the sweetness you like.
