Begonia Jam
1.
Cleaning the crabapple fruit, this picture shows the crabapple fruit, which is a small sand fruit~ My sand fruit is grown in my own small yard.
2.
After washing the begonia fruit, remove the pedicle and core, and cut into small pieces
3.
Cut into smaller pieces quickly, stir in white sugar to prevent oxidation, add lemon juice dropwise
4.
Put a little water in the pot, put the polycrystalline rock sugar into the water, and boil it into a thin sugar juice
5.
Add the sliced crabapple pieces to the pot and simmer slowly
6.
Add a little salt, cover and simmer slowly
7.
Simmer for one hour, the pulp is already thin and soft, take a large spoon to mash it
8.
Add a little agar and stir well
9.
Turn off the heat, add the remaining lemon juice, stir in the honey
10.
OK
Tips:
No tricks ~ very simple ~ some people like to use a blender to break the jam first ~ but the shaguo is too soft ~ it is very good to puree without breaking
