Bell Pepper Winged Beans

Wash the winged beans.

Cut into sections.

Wash and cut colored peppers.
4.
Heat the pan with cold oil, sauté the minced garlic, add winged beans, stir-fry over high heat and add a small amount of cold water until they are cooked, add the colored peppers, stir fry for a minute, and add some light soy sauce!
