Black Fish Tofu Soup

Wash all materials;

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger;
3.
Tofu cut into pieces;
4.
Put a proper amount of oil in the wok, lower the fish heads, fry them until golden on both sides, remove them for use;

Add the remaining fish material and fry it a bit;
6.
Put the fried fish head and remaining fish bones into the saucepan, add all the seasonings;

Add water, bring to a boil and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes;
