Black Fungus and Egg Dumplings

Prepare arowana dumpling special wheat noodles, eggs, black fungus, and minced pork, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon rice wine, 1 tablespoon egg white, oyster sauce, and chopped green onion and stir in a clockwise direction until it becomes sticky.

200g of wheat core powder for Arowana dumplings, pour into a bowl, add 1 teaspoon of salt, mix well, then add 90ml of water, mix well, knead into a smooth dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and let stand for 20 minutes, soak the black fungus in water and wash Net, knock the eggs into a bowl and stir evenly

After the water in the pot is boiled, put the black fungus in the pot, blanch it, rinse with cold water, drain the water, and then chop into fines

Pour the oil in the hot pan, and the oil temperature is 70% hot. Pour the egg mixture and fry until it is solidified. Then put the chopped black fungus into the pan and fry together for a fragrant flavor. Then set it aside and let it cool.

I used a machine to press the dumpling wrapper into a thin wrapper and then press it with a round mold. You can also use a rolling pin to roll the wrapper. The thickness of the wrapper is more uniform.
