Boiled Mackerel Fillets

Soak the frozen fish section with water to thaw.

Shave fish noodles;

Separate the flesh and bones, cut the bone pieces and fish into slices with an oblique knife;

Put ginger, green onions, salt, pepper, cooking wine;

Grab evenly and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Soybean sprouts are washed.

Heat oil on low heat, add perfume fish sauce and sauté until fragrant;

Add appropriate amount of water, bring to a boil on high heat, and simmer for about five minutes on medium heat;

Pour in soybean sprouts;

Boil it softly and transfer it into the soup pot.

Add the fish bones and cook for about two or three minutes;

Put the fish fillets in separately, as well as the ginger and spring onions for the marinated fish;

Bring the soup to a boil, boil for a minute or so, then pour the soup into the soup pot, add pepper powder and dried sea pepper noodles;

Put green onions on it.
15.
In another pot, heat the oil to 60 to 70% heat, add fresh green pepper and fry it until fragrant;
16.
Just pour the oil on the green onions.
