Boiled Shrimp Skin

1. Wash fresh shrimp skins and control water, wash several times.

2. Slice green onion and ginger for later use.

3. Set aside the pepper star anise.

4. Put the shrimp skins, green onion and ginger slices, pepper star anise, salt in the wok, add an appropriate amount of water, and cook for a few minutes after the water is boiling.
