Braised Chestnut Mushroom with Pork Belly

Soak the mushrooms in advance, slice the pork belly, prepare the onion, garlic, and pepper aniseed.

Put a little oil in the pot and fry the pork belly until browned.

Put the fried pork belly on the side of the pot, saute the shallots and garlic and pepper aniseed with base oil.

Add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the seasoning to taste;
Cover the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes.
