My friend gave chestnut mushrooms (mushrooms that grow on chestnut trees), which has a unique fragrance. I soaked mushrooms on Friday night and made this dish on weekends. I think the taste is okay, and the children don’t like the taste.

Braised Chestnut Mushroom with Pork Belly

1. Soak the mushrooms in advance, slice the pork belly, prepare the onion, garlic, and pepper aniseed.

2. Put a little oil in the pot and fry the pork belly until browned.

3. Put the fried pork belly on the side of the pot, saute the shallots and garlic and pepper aniseed with base oil.

4. Add the mushrooms and stir-fry, then add the seasoning to taste;
Cover the pot and simmer for 3-5 minutes.

5. After harvesting the juice over high heat, it is served on a plate and edible.
