Braised Chicken Wings with Mushrooms

Ingredients: dried chicken wings, mushrooms, rock sugar, salt, ginger, green onions, white sugar, cooking wine, pepper, pepper, star anise, dried red pepper (hey, you love spicy food, you must have peppers in your cooking, which is very spicy here)
