Salt Baked Chicken Wings

Wash the chicken wings and put a knife on them;

Stir well with seasoning, put in the refrigerator and marinate for 20 hours;

Drain the chicken wings and wrap them in greased paper (use at least three pieces of greased paper);

Pour sea salt into the pot and sauté over medium heat;

Leave about three centimeters of sea salt on the bottom layer, put in the wrapped chicken wings, and cover with a layer of oil;

Boil on low heat for 15 minutes, turn off heat and bake for 15 minutes, then cook on low heat for 10 minutes, turn off heat and bake for 15 minutes.
