Braised Chicken with Eggs and Beans

Prepare chick eggs and beans, the raw ones are red, and they will change color when they are cooked.

Stir-fry the beans in a pan with hot oil, remember to stir-fry on a low heat. Beans have little moisture and are easy to paste.

The beans change color and stir fry with soy sauce.

Add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for about 15 minutes. After the juice is collected, the soy sauce is ready to be out of the pot.
Tips:
Stir-fry the beans on low heat, stir half-cooked, add water and simmer in the broth.
