Braised Horse Noodle Fish in Sauce
1.
The horse noodle fish was processed for me when I bought it at the market, washed and controlled with dry water, and prepared the noodle sauce and wine.
2.
Cut the green onion and ginger for later use
3.
After the oil is hot, put the pepper and star anise to fragrant
4.
Add chopped green onion and ginger slices and continue to stir fry
5.
Add bean paste (also called noodle paste), as it is braised in sauce, so the amount can be more appropriate. Stir fragrant.
6.
After the sauce is fried, the horse noodles and fish are put into the pot
7.
When the horse-mian fish is cooked, turn it over and stir it for a while, then add the cooking wine.
8.
Add water to the pot, turn to medium heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
9.
Okay, get out of the pot, put it on the plate, sprinkle some leeks, and finally serve with the freshly steamed Wowotou. Let's have dinner.
