There are frozen grilled skin fish sold in the supermarket. Although it is wrapped in thick ice, it still looks very fresh. I remembered that when I was a child, there was no fresh fish for sale in winter. My mother always bought a bunch of grilled skin fish to fry them and then stain them. Order soy sauce, it tastes super refreshing without stabs, it is very good with rice.
