Braised Large Intestine Head

Wash the intestines, add cooking wine, starch, and white wine, wash them repeatedly until they are clean, then blanch them, drain them and cut them into sections.

Chop the ginger, peel the garlic, and cut the pepper into sections for later use.

Under cold oil, stir-fry with ginger, garlic and chili.

Add pepper and aniseed and stir fry until fragrant.

Add appropriate amount of boiling water, bring the intestines to a boil, add dark soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and simmer for 1 hour.
Tips:
It can also be cooked with Hong Hong Jiujiu hot pot seasoning.
