Braised Meatballs

For the recipe of beef and pork meatballs, please refer to the previous recipe and I won’t introduce them in detail here. Chopped green onion and coriander.

Soy sauce, flavor, starch, sugar, salt, water, vinegar, mix together and stir well

Put the oil into the pot, then put the chopped green onion into the pot

After frying the pot, pour the adjusted juice into the pot, then pour the balls into the pot, cover the pot and cook for about 10 minutes before being out of the pot
Tips:
If you put too much water in the juice, you can cook for a little longer until the balls are delicious.
