Braised Noodles in Fish Soup

Pour painted noodles into the pot, and put a small bowl of cold water in it. Continue to boil on high fire, and the noodles cooked in this way will be more tough.

The braised noodles must be cooked thoroughly. Add a little salt and a little pepper noodles and stir well. Put a little chopped green onion on the pot. Scoop as much as you eat in a large container.

This noodle has a slightly fake salty taste, so you must taste it first when adding salt.
