Braised Pomfret with Soy Sauce

1. Wash the pomfret fillets and cut them on both sides (easy to taste when cooked) and set aside;

2. Adjust the juice: Pour salt, sugar, bean paste, chopped pepper sauce, sweet noodle sauce, and steamed fish soy sauce into a bowl respectively, add appropriate amount of water to adjust evenly for later use;

3. Add to the pot, pour olive oil, then add garlic powder and sauté;

4. Add pomfret flakes, fry on both sides, add cooking wine;

5. Pour in the adjusted juice, cover the pot and cook until the juice is collected.
