Braised Pork
1.
Wash pork belly and cut into cubes about 1-2cm
2.
After the quail eggs are cooked, peel off the skin, put them in a pan and fry them, fry them until golden brown and take them out, set aside
3.
Pour a little oil in the pot, put the pork belly in the pot and stir-fry. When the surface of the meat turns white, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and quickly cover the pot.
4.
2. After 3 minutes, open the lid, stir fry, then add soy sauce, sugar and a little salt in turn, stir fry until the meat is uniform in color
5.
Put the louver knot in the pressure cooker, then spread the fried pork belly on the louver knot, and finally put the fried quail eggs and cover the pot. After the pressure cooker comes out of steam, turn off the heat and cook for 20-25 minutes, then finish
6.
After opening the lid, turn it over with a rice spoon and you can put it on the plate.
Tips:
1. Choose the thinner tofu skin for making louver knots, cut into 5*10cm long strips, roll up along the long side and tie a knot to complete it;
2. Add a little more seasoning when stir-frying pork belly, because the jelly knots and quail eggs are light, so you need to take advantage of the salty taste in the meat.
