Braised Pork

Bone-in pork belly bought at the supermarket

Diced

Blanch it in the water

Wash with warm water

Put oil in the pan and heat up, then add sugar and fry until the color changes

Add pork belly and stir fry

Prepare green onion, ginger and star anise

Put it in the pot, add salt to taste

Add water to submerge the pork belly for about five minutes, and simmer for one hour on medium heat
