Braised Pork in Casserole

Carrots and carrots are diced.

Clean the pork bun and cut into dices about the size of radishes. Finally, we diced the celery and sliced the ginger.

Heat up the oil in a pan, add ginger slices and peppercorns and stir fry.

Pour in the diced meat. Stir-fry until the meat changes color and becomes oily.

Add the light soy sauce, and add the dark soy sauce to the two kinds of diced carrots. Flip quickly.

Pour the meat and diced radish in the wok into the casserole along with the soup. Add fresh water that has not been cooked. Add chicken essence and white pepper. Boil on high fire.

Simmer for one hour at minimum heat.

Add celery ten minutes before boiling. Collect the juice over medium heat.
