Braised Pork Intestines

Cut the bought fatty intestines into sections and wash them again to tear off some of the fatty oil and impurities inside, but don’t tear off all the fatty oil, leave some for more taste.

Onions and bell peppers are cut into diamond-shaped slices.

Slice ginger and garlic, chopped green onion and chopped green onion, and wash the pepper and dried red pepper.

Tips:
1 There is too much fat in the intestines, which is not healthy, but it is not good to remove the fat completely, so tear off a little and leave a little to find a balance.
2 Fat intestines are semi-finished products, as long as you adjust the taste, so you don't need to cook for too long, and novices can make it. This is my first time to cook this stuff.
