Braised Pork Knuckles with Potatoes

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the stewed pork knuckles into small pieces, wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces, wash and cut the onion, green and red pepper into small pieces.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions.

Pour in the braised pork knuckles and stir well.

Pour in potatoes and stir well, pour in appropriate amount of water, boil on high heat, and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.

Pour in the dark soy sauce and stir well.

Add the light soy sauce and stir well.
8.
Pour in the green and red peppers and fry them until they are broken.
