Braised Prawns

1. Cut the giant tiger prawns off the silk, cut the back with a knife, remove the prawn string, marinate in lemon juice and salt for 10 minutes

2. Heat the pan, put the butter to melt

3. Put the shrimp in a pan and fry over medium heat

4. Fry until the color changes on both sides, add appropriate amount of sugar, tomato juice and oyster sauce, add a small amount of water, and simmer for 5 minutes

5. Turn on high heat, and the soup is dried and served on a plate.
