Braised Prawns

Wash the prawns after thawing, and cut off the prawns

Prepare seasoning (tomato sauce cooked sesame garlic slices, ginger slices, chopped green onion)

Use a knife to open the prawns and pick out the shrimp thread

Pour olive oil in a hot pan, warm oil and add ginger and garlic until fragrant

Tips:
1. When the prawns are large, use medium heat so that they will not burn the shell.
2. Opening the shrimp back makes it easier to taste.
3. Add a little salt to the sweet and sour taste to improve the taste. The sweet and sour taste of ketchup and sugar is suitable for dipping.
